		<description>Yup, yup.  Our boy is tatooed and microchipped.  Am taking no chances.

Some shelters and municipalities are introducing very low cost microchipping out here in NJ.  I know of one shelter near us that microchips all animals when they are adopted - and registers them with the network.</description>
