We have a 2 yr. old female JRT in rescue that needs surgery for a congenital defect in her little heart. The Univ. of PA is willing to do the surgery however the cost is $2,000 - $3,000 and Lizzys Lodge doesn't have the funds to do this. Can you tell me of any grants or how to contact any celebrities who might have a soft spot in their heart to help this little one? Without the surgery, she will not live.
