I'd like to beat the owner though. That's not a way to house an animal. I should send my Beagle over there. He can let them know what the requirements are for owning a dog...air conditiong, heat, pillow top mattress, couch for when you don't feel like sleeping on the pillow top mattress, recliner & a rug right in the middle of the floor.
