This is so sad. What I find the most disturbing is the owner who is completely not responsible for this act, has to give up the dog because they can’t afford the medical bills. If there were kind and caring people/vets out there, I would think you would have volunteered your services so the owner could keep the dog. I get so tired of hearing these stories where the owner ends up having to give the dog up.
