When I first read about this I almost cried. I don't understand why it seems like people who do stuff like this are never punished or at least never in a serious enough manner to reflect the crime. What's the point of animal cruelty being illegal if the sickos who do this stuff are left perfectly free to do it again. It's creepy that this is the second time something like that has happened in that neighborhood. Obviously something sick is happening there. How could no one hear the poor pup yelping, she would've been screaming her head off. (Poor baby) I'm confused though as to why Angel was taken away from her owner, were they involved? At this point I think we just have to be grateful that Angel has recovered and although she will bear her scars for life, she will have a life with a loving and caring family.
