I am rather sick of all the animal abuse that is allowed to go on, and I am just sick of no one in real higher power being there for them, when all they need is that little extra push to be loved and cared for, WHY NOT SHIP them someplace else, why do what he didi, what a sick sick sick sick sick man.

While fishing at Storm Creek Lake in the St. Francis NATIONAL Forest,July 9th, I found and rescued a dog. It is probably one of “Valley’s” dogs. The dog was literally starving to death. It had a 39″ chain(1 3/4″ links, 1/4″ in diameter) around its neck. It would be impossible for the dog to fend for itself with that around its neck. She was covered in fleas and ticks. She was so weak she could hardly stand. I took her to the vet but no one wants to claim responsibility for her. She nipped me slightly and we are now having to watch her for 10 days to make sure she doesn’t have rabies. All this because Mayor Valley couldn’t wait 2 hours on the Humane Society.
