I found a topix forum that recently indicated that she is back in business – Topix

From the forum: I am so disgusted! Carrie Cagata is doing this again! I can’t elaborate too much due to things pending…

She has gone back to a name of one of her earlier “dog rescues” named “Little Red Dog Rescue” She has an email and phone number attached to this name. She was also attempting to post “rescue” dogs on PETFINDER, but we stopped that. We are doing everything we can, but everyone here needs to be aware that she is at again. Anything you can think of to help, or any new information, please do what you can.
