I was appalled at seeing ads for this "dog auction". I live fairly close to this area and its disturbing. I understand why you want to try to get better laws to shut down puppy mills but i also want to ask you to please keep in mind the responsible breeders when you write up the law. The ones who are educated in their breed and take good care of their dogs and who want to have a few litters during the dogs lifetime. The ones are are out to improve the breed and provide great family pets and working dogs. Dont make it close to impossible for anyone to breed a dog. I I have heard part of the law is that if anyone sells a puppy who ends up being unhealthy the breeder is responsible for paying vet bills. It soulnds good but then a puppy could get sick later because of the owner and the owner can blame the breeder. By the way i'm not saying this because i am a breeder, because I dont breed dogs.

Isn't the State of Wisconsin a major exporter of cheese and other dairy products?
To make my point to the Legislators of the State of Wisconsin, I hereby will leave every product with the lable "MADE IN WISCONSIN" on the shelf to rot, just like the animals who rot in those cages suffering to their last breath to turn a profit for their greedy owners.
I send out an urgent plea to the Wisconsin Dairy Famers and any other cruelty free Wisconsin businesses to join the fight against these mills and urge their Legislature to immediately close them down.
