Plse is there no e-mail add for the state’s attorney? From South Africa it will take too long to post a letter and there is no way on earth we can just leave this. For the sake of this poor dog – full justice and the harshest of sentences needs to be passed. One day, people who care are going to take the law into their own hands if the justice system keeps failing our woolly and feathered friends – then people like this savage had better be very very careful
