This idiot would not have gotten away with what he did in the norfolk/va beach area..besides my ex and best friend is a k9 officer and none of them treat their dogs like this…they treat them with love and respect..matter of a fact my best friends former police dog gave his life for his partner….this idiot charles jones should be in jail..period! and never be in law enforcement again…he is lucky someone hasnt kicked his butt yet..just proves he is nothing but a coward!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is so typical, unfortunately in today’s society in the sense that the general public takes animal abuse so lightly!

here is a person who should be above & beyond reproach, but

was videotaped committing animal abuse!! He should IMO never ever work in a public capacity again. He should have been charge with animal abuse & that should have been the end of his public safety career. If he would abuse a Dog so easily, what in the HE!! would he do to a human??!
