This is a sad story....I would love to put that fiend into a tupperware container and seal it up for good. People like that aren't worth the space they take up nor the air they breathe. In a word.........despicable.

This is one sick person (s) who did this how would they like to be stuffed into something like that.. my god what the h*ll is this world coming to.. I agree with ted also I think that there should be something done for animals that are dropped off in the middle of the night or when the shelters are cold my god those poor dogs could die waiting for the shelter to open Why can't there be like a 24hr open room or something like that..

Now that the cold season is approaching here in the east, I am again concerned about surreptitious drop-offs at the animal shelters in the area. I remember a case where a dog was left outside the door of the Bergen County Animal Shelter ( NJ) in the cold. A staff member found the dog in the morning, shivering, could have spent the night there. Why the cloak and dagger stuff when it isn't a crime to walk in and give up the dog during
operating hours? I tell ya, neanderthals still walk this Earth.
