Change the laws that allow this disgusting excuse for a man to have any living thing under his control! His ass should be in jail and the fine needs two more 0’s! There has got to be a way to take Coco away while she may have a bit of life to enjoy.

Joan, as far as I know Coco is not a consideration in this case aside from peripherally. I don’t believe there are anti-tethering laws in NJ so he’s not breaking any laws in keeping her chained to a tree, except for the moral ones which I doubt he could care less about.

So, sadly, Coco will remain chained in her own little prison, alone and neglected.

I read this story a while ago, and the cold-bloddedness of this “man” makes me physically ill. I disagree with the courts in returning this poor dog back to him, he has no regard for life. I wish I could free poor Coco from her chains and her misery. McCann is an evil being, and I hope he gets the same some day.
Do you know if anything is being dne to try and rescue Coco?

I’ve been keeping an eye on this since I first came across it and getting more and more pissed off every time I heard a word come out of his mouth! He certainly thinks he’s something special.
