 Comments (7) This is the news we have all been waiting for. Since the hearing on 1/5 I know many of us, myself included, have been waiting and praying for the final verdict for Francesca and Brindi and today Justice Beveridge released the decision. The decision is 55 pages long and all that really matters is that Brindi is going home!! Francesca, I cannot tell you how very happy I am for both you and Brindi. That is going to be one helluva a homecoming!! This new made my day… my week… God bless!!

OMG I HAVE TEARS IN MY EYE THANK GOD I HOPE THEY HAVE A REAL PARTY IN THEIR HOUSE WHEN BRINDI GETS HOME.
OMG I actually cried outloud when I read this! What wonderful, wonderful news!!! I can only imagine what Francesca is feeling right now and that precious Brindi. I can’t wait to hear more about that fantastic home coming. I hope they don’t make them wait very long. They have put that poor woman and her dog thru enough hell and it is time they are reunited. Certainly an answer to our prayers!!!

Brindi will be home with her Mom – where she belongs. I am sure there will be many many hours of cuddling involved upon her return home! Yeah Brindi!
This story may not be quite over with yet unfortunately. I got an email from Francesca, things are not going too smoothly as they should be. I am waiting for more details and will let everyone know what is going on when I hear more. There may still be some fighting.
Everyone just cross your fingers and say your prayers right now that this does get resolved.

Francesca — don’t give up! We went through a similar battle with Smiley. Please contact us for moral support, a donation, anything. What you are doing is for all the Brindis out there. We are praying for you every day. Please take care of yourself and mostly don’t lost hope. Honestly, do email us through our site if you want to connect with people who have gone through the fires of ignorance and cruelty. Why are so many animal control people the cruelest people on earth?
