BILL HB2525 WAS DELAYED UNTIL FALL! WHY AREN’T ANY OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS GOING TO PA. PUPPY MILLS IN LANCASTER?

I’VE WRITTEN TO THE CEO OF PSPCA AND ASKED HIM TO GO FURTHER WITH THE EFFORT OF SAVING THESE POOR ANIMALS…HIS REPLY WAS: SAD…VERY SAD!

TWO CONGRESSMEN ARE HOLDING UP THIS BILL…MAYBE I’M THINKING OF KICKBACK FROM THE BREEDERS. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
