Oh, Jesus! And, do tell, what would keep these animal wardens from being paid off by these breeders so they pass inspection? It’s probably been going on all this time anyway. This is just what I feared would happen to what could have been a pretty good law.

I’m happy that some small shade of comfort will come to SOME of the poor puppy mill dogs…But the three year waiver crap is just that…CRAP!!Are you raising the standards or aren’t ya??Quit protecting these animal abusers and their greed!!The fight for compassion and SANITY continues….
