This is dispicable...Your last comment to tie them up and leave them in the maggot infested area with no food, water and attention with a sign over their heads would be about the only befitting treatment. I can't see the law giving them what they truly deserve. Let the animal loving population at them ... then maybe they'd get what they deserve. This is truly disgusting...I can't believe a beautiful animal had to go through so much torment. Rest her soul, she's in a better place now...Rainbow's Bridge will treat her the way she should be and give her the love she deserves.
