I saw the films of dogs staggering around until they died after receiving a “heart stick”. How in the hell did this man (not a vet by any means) get his license back? He was not aware of a law that has been in effect since 1982? Give me a break! I hope the citizens of Tennessee and America stand up and object to this man being back in practice. What you wanna bet he will do it again!
