The problem I see was he was supposed to be shut down, but instead they handed the dogs death sentence’s so they paid for the crime that was done to them with their own blood. Do you know how horrible it is to starve to death. Just think of how you get when you miss one meal…..There are no excuses for this man not to be dealt a severe punishnment which includes fines, for each dog, jail for each dog, community service for each dog. HIS MAME SHOULD BE ON A DOG ABUSE REGISTAR, OH YEA, I FORGOT WE DON’T HAVE ONE YET. SUCH A SHAME, THEN PEOPLE LIKE HIM COULD HAVE A HARDER TIME GETTING AWAY WITH IT AGAIN. Sounds like to me the good ole boy network is at it again. What makes judges think it is okay for them to do this to animals ,,betcha they wouldn’t think it was okay if it was their pets…….

These dogs were part of peoples families. Just think of what these people have to live with and their children. How could our government let this happen? To think he is going to get off with a wrist slap, totally is upsetting. He was suppose to be shut down and continued to operate. There has to be something that can be done about that. If he would have done as he was ordered to, then most if not all of these beautiful animals would have been spared. Please people look at these kennels closely. If I had the money, I would open a beautiful kennel so you would know your dogs are in good hands. That should be a requirement to having a kennel. You should have a dog or dogs and they should be thoroughly vet checked to see if they have been well taken care of and then your kennel should be checked out at least every 3 months to make sure you are maintaining the facility properly and the animals there are happy. If these guidelines can’t be met, then immediate removal and closure would be acted upon.

All I can say is, “Disgusting, appalling and what a huge injustice to all the dogs who suffered.!!!!!”

I dont know what this people think but surely they dont think like us. They dont see the amount of cruelty involve in this crimes, they wouldnt like to be in their places but they still make this poor dogs suffer, they dont give them food or water not even love. If i had one of this …. people infront of me i really wouldnt mind spend the rest of my life in prison, they deserve it.

What excuse can they have for suppressing the eivdence that enables this individual to walk away essentially scot free?
Maybe it’s time to wake up to the fact that the people tasked with getting justice for these poor animals are just abusers too.
Nothing could be a plainer example of aiding and abetting.

@Debbie Hubbard – One of the problems is that legally it is not murder. Legally murder is defined as one person killing another person. A person can kill as many animals as they can in the most heinous ways you could think of and all it is classed as, legally, is killing, not murder.
This differentiation makes a BIG difference in the ways things are looked at as well as the fact that pets are looked at as property.
Justice is a fickle thing and this piece of trash managed to completely evade it and it looks like, whether we like it or not, it was through the fault of carelessness on the part of law enforcement.
It’s just pathetic when justice can let a killer walk over technicalities and even sadder, it’s not even something new! Murderers have walked so I guess it’s no big deal when it’s ‘just dogs’!

It is totally unbelievable that there are people who don’t see this as a HORRIBLE crime…it really is murder. This world scares me. Something is terribly wrong with someone who could do this…and terribly wrong with the ones who are responsible for making sure justice is served.
