And as for the lady justice being blindfolded, well maybe it is time to remove the blindfold so justice can see and make the right decision. As far as I am concerned there is not much justice since I just had the experience in court on an animal related case and the veterinarian brought in his collague to lie along beside him. No jail for not treating dog! Is every judicial system except a few out of their cotton pisken minds? What is the matter with the judges now days? Anyone who thinks( I stress that assumption) that torture, pain, suffering, and in a lot ( to many) cases agonizing death of any animal should be no punishment must be miss humanity in their souls. If there is no soon in prison well that sheriff in Arizona that has the tent prison certainly found an inexpensive solution. Him I pat on the back. Its about time we the people start being held accountable, and that doesn't mean a slap on the wrists. These are crimes! The victims are living, breathing, feeling creatures that have done nothing wrong except for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, that allowed these two legged, poor excuse for humane beings to get a hold of them. If(and obiously from their actions there is no IF about it) these people (and I use this term loosely) are so insensitive to the pain, suffering, and anguish of a living creature, that they are supposed to care for, then what does everyone think is going to happen when their are people involved? Give everyone, 1 guess! These kind of misfits need to be put someplace where they can never mistreat, abuse, or cause the death of another single living thing. I personally am sic to death pf this pansy manor of judicial non-performance and I am certain I am not alone in this feeling! The premises that they are only dogs or it was just an animal is so ridiculous that I want to throw up. These terms with just a variation should be(applied to these poor excuse for humane beings): Its just an unfeeling inhumane piece of garbage that needs to be dealt with and permanently pulled out of circulation . Its no wonder this world is in the trouble it is in. You have a proven murder and there are groups that will fight to their dieing breath to save them from execution even though they are as guilty as sin. Their logic: " It won't bring back the one that died." No it won't, but what about their next victims? Animal abusers are potentially futer murders and it is a proven fact that where there is animal abuse going on there is more than likely family abuse happening. Isn't it about time that the people of this world start concentrating on the victims and stop worrying about the criminals in these countless upon countless cases? They have committed a CRIME! They are supposed to be PUNISHED! Victims from wives, children,Grandma's and Grandpa's to the family pet or farm animal need protected from these monsters in humane guise. If you have ever experienced physical and mental abuse then I don't need to say any more to those people. Now if you are in the minority of the lucky few that hasn't had to live in that kind of nightmare, count yourself so lucky. Please though we all have to get this type if inhumane person out of circulation where they can not harm anyone or any animal again.
