This smirking idiot is 20-year-old Kyle Marshall of Tallahassee, FL. He stole his ex-girlfriend’s dog and she reported to police that he threatened to kill it. When police arrived at his house, he sicced his own dog on them.
When the police arrived at Marshall’s house, they heard more than one dog barking inside. When Marshall answered the door he actually threatened to call 911 on the cops then went inside, slamming the door and cursing at the officers. From outside, the officers heard Marshall teasing one of the dogs, “Do you want some bacon?”
The officers told Marshall to keep the dog inside, not to let it out. This idiot opens the door and told the dog to “Get’em!” to the 60-lb dog. The dog lunged at the officers and unable to subdue it, they were forced to shoot it. The dog ran away and was later taken to a vet where it was euthanized due to the severity of it’s injuries.
As if things weren’t bad enough, Marshall then slams the door on the officers again after he’s told he’s being arrested and continues to resist even after the officers have him on the ground forcing the officers to taser him.
Luckily, the ex-girlfriend’s dog, a black lab, was found safe inside the home and returned to her.
Marshall was charged with aggravated assault on an officer, resisting officer without violence and petty theft. If you ask me he should also be charged with animal cruelty! Because of his actions his dog is dead, he effectively killed the dog as surely as if he did it himself!
I read this yesterday. Oh yeah, this is a man that has PURE IDIOT emblazoned on his forehead. This is a classic sociopath. No regard for any living thing. Mark my words, we will be reading about him again.
Oh, I have no doubt he’ll be back in the news again unless we’re lucky enough to have someone remove his worthless self from the gene pool, and with an attitude like he has…. you never know! Karma can be such a bitch!

Yes Dru……we can only hope. That poor dog died because of this POS and the same should happen to him, but much, much, worse! Make this sh**head suffer. To boot, I’m sure the officer wasn’t all that happy, having to kill the dog either. This POS deserves something terrible to happen to him….love Karma!
Oh yes, Dru and Jessie, subdue him with a bullet. I do not like violence, but this jerk egged on his dog to go after the police. Karma will get him. I am so sorry his dog had to be euthanized because of this, but honestly, it was Kyle’s fault. RIP little one.
I am happy to hear the girlfriend’s black lab was safe and unharmed. I hope to hell she has learned to steer clear of this horrible person.
Let me inform eveyrone of some truth. The dog Kyle alledgedly stole was left at his house earlier that day by his girlfriend. THey got in an argument later that night and she called the cops saying he stole the dog. Kyle was woke then harrased by cops at 4:30 am. He would not let them in his house and no clue what they were talking about and they continued harrasing him. When he opened the door to talk to him they shot and killed his 40lb dog resuced from the local animal shelter two years earlier. His name was Smitty and he ias a Canaan Terrier, all white with a brown spot on his eye. Kyle begged for the cops to allow him to help his dog and he was tackled and tased in his house. He watched his dog walk by him while the officers were holding him down. He was bleeding and crying for help and the officers would not allow him to help his dog or help the dog themselves. The dog was shot in his lung and was making noises as he looked at Kyle begging for help. So for you uninformed people going off the fabricated report of the TPD that killed this innoncent man’s dog he loved more than anything, think twice about everything. The police fabricate a story and arrest this man on their fabricatin to protect their bottoms. I have many pictures oif the dog camping, going on car rides, dressed up for halloween, playing with the allged stolen dog since he was a puppy till he was growing up. These two dogs were best friends and lived together until the officers took away Smitty’s life at a young age. This is a case of police corruption and fabrication at its finest and the cout system will expose these officers and their lies.
