It is probably one of "Valley's" dogs. The dog was literally starving to death. It had a 39" chain, (1 3/4"links, 1/4" diameter) around its neck. It would be impossible for the dog to fend for itself with that around its neck. She was covered in fleas and ticks. She was so week she could hardly stand. I took her to the vet but no one wants to claim responsibility for her. She nipped me slightly and now we are having to watch her for 10 days to make sure she doesn't have rabies. We have her penned up at our home so as not to incur more bills. All this because Mayor Valley couldn't wait 2 hours on the Humane Society. After sending these Dogs to their death(which is what it amounts to)he tries to back pedal place the blame on everyone else but himself!! Run this so called imitation for a mayor straight out of your town!! What a freakin' disgrace!! He needs a dose of real life and I'd love to be the first to give it to him.... more goverment people to get away with a slap on wrist and you know it is up to us people to change this way of thinking it is up to us to stand up to goverment and let them know that we people are going to clean house and get read of these kind of thinking people.... show this guy the railway station and run him out of town !!!
