Michael Vick is the best thing that ever happened to the NFL. He is the Truth! 1st of all last time I checked, animals have no rights. The purpose of a bitbull is to fight. The only rights a pitbull has is the right to fight. Dog fighting is part of the history and culture of the american ghetto. God provided animals to nourish and entertain man. Last time I checked most people don’t care about cows and chickens being run through the sawmill. May God bless Michael Vick and may God continue to bless America!

Michael Vick is the WORST thing that ever happened to the NFL.
He and anyone who takes part of Blood Sports is disturbed and in my opinion an abuser. And you know what the say about abuser.
Serial killers Jeffrey Dahmer, Albert DeSalvo (“The Boston Strangler”),
David Berkowitz (“Son of Sam”), Russell Weston, and
Lee Boyd Malvo all had histories of abusing and killing animals before progressing to human victims.
Just some other history you need to remember.

There is a special place in hell for people who think like you do. Michael Vick is nothing but an overpaid thug and the sport of football, which may be entertaining to many, perpetrates violence, but at least does do by willing participants, unlike the bloodsport of dogfighting. I have nothing against football but have much against those who just because they can throw a football and get paid obscene amounts of money think they are above the law.
It does not matter what the ‘pit bull’ type breed of dog was initially trained for, due to the gruesomeness and cruelty of the the sport it has been classed as illegal most of the world over and in all the 50 states of the US. Dogfighting has nothing to do with the ‘ghetto,’ it was a sport of the British nobility initially and started as bull baiting, thus how the dogs, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier, dog their ‘bull’ names.
Animal cruelty is not right and the ‘training’ of dogs to fight is nothing but cruelty. The isolation, the beatings, the starvation, the mutilations, every facet is one form of cruelty or another. And equating cows and chickens with the vile, cruel bloodsport in nothing but sheer stupidity.
I’m going to stop here because I realize from the ignorance of your comment that nothing said is going to penetrate your ignorance and wake you up to reality. It would take at least a minimal amount of gray matter and conscience to you to even begin to understand.

Al Gore, dog fighting may indeed be a part of the history and culture of the American ghetto, but it’s a part that needs to end and be left in the past. I say damn the other players and the NAACP for supporting Michael Vick. I will never bother to watch another football game that Vick plays in. I hope the NFL never allows him to play again.
