A Washington woman thought she had lost her dog, Buck, a 7-year-old Golden Retriever, forever after he disappeared in Montana on a family trip. Six months later Kim Halter got a call, a man discovered Buck near his yard, and he was alive. He was cold, hungry and 40 lbs lighter but he was alive. What an incredible story!

What a sweet story. There definately is a doggie deity out there. As long as you love your animals and take care of them, the deities will reward you.
What a wonderful way to look at this. Yeah, I definitely like that.
D.
That is such a wonderful “feel good” story. It is really amazing the will and determination of that dog.
What was it that John Wayne used to say? “Where there’s a will, there is a way”.
AWWWWWWW I’M SO GLAD BUCK SURVIVED AS GOLDENS ARE CLOSE TO MY HEART I HAVE HAD 1 WHICH PASSED TO THE BRIDGE 3 YEARS AGO. THEN I GOT MY LITTLE BRANDY ANOTHER GOLDEN.
Oh I love this beautiful story!
Goes to show you…………..dogs are durable AND smart!
