GOD PLEASE LET ME SENTANCE THESE PEOPLE AS I WOULD HIT THEM WHERE IT REALLY HURTS IN THEIR POCKETS,AS ANYONE DOING ANYTHING LIKE THIS SHOULD HAVE TO PAY A LOCAL SHELTER $500.00 A MONTH FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE. This is the only way to get their attention that this is a totally wrong and too light of a sentence for such a vicious act by only someone with a very sick mind that needs to be taken off of our streets for a long length of time and released only after intensive counseling. It is a known fact that all serial killers to date that have been convicted have some form of animal abuse on their past records due to their sick mentality as this guy also has.
