It would have to take a very sick and twisted person to steal a puppy, decapitate it then return the body back to where they stole it from but that’s exactly what Tim Speaks of Dallas, TX, believes happened.
On Saturday morning all four of his little lab/rottie puppies were just fine, running around the yard and playing. When he returned that afternoon, things weren’t so fine anymore.
One of his puppies had been decapitated and whoever did it kept the head. Speaks believes that, because there was so little blood, whoever did it, took the puppy from the yard, did the cruel, evil deed, then returned the body, and he wants to know who did it.
“She was laying in the yard,” he said. “She was still warm. He’s sick, if I find him, I won’t need the police.”
Now he takes the rest of the puppies with him when he goes anywhere, not trusting the neighborhood or people, worried that he may have enemies because he calls the police and reports crimes.
“You’ve got too much drugs and prostitution around here,” he said. “I’ve been trying to stop it.”
If the person who did this is found, they face felony animal cruelty charges.
“It makes me real mad,” Speaks said. “It’s gonna be hard to find out who done it.”
If this was someone trying to get back at Speaks, this is just beyond cruel. To kill a defenseless and innocent little puppy, for any reason, takes someone who has no heart and someone with a potential to commit even worse crimes, as if this wasn’t horrific enough.
I don’t understand why if someone has a problem with someone, they take it out on an innocent animal who did nothing wrong. People are sick and twisted. We need stricter penalties to make people think twice before doing something like this. I hope they get this person and I hope he gets the maximum penalty.

What is wrong with this world? How can anyone think to do such a cruel thing to a puppy? I don’t blame him for not needing the police. I wouldn’t either. I hope he finds the sob that did this, and that the guilty party rots in hell.

What a terrible price Mr Speaks has paid for trying to clean up his neighbourhood.
No doubt whoever did this is one of the criminals he has spoken out against, and if caught will get the usual slap on the wrist.
Then they wonder why we take vigilante action.
IF THEY FIND THIS A…… I WANNA BE IN LINE TO HELP THIS MAN & RIGHT ON ABOUT NEEDING THE POLICE.
I think those puppies should probably be kept inside until they are a little older, but I’m not try to take away from the fact that they were in their own yard and weren’t bothering anyone. The sheer cruelty of some people is just beyond any understanding. May she rest in peace; that poor little angel.
Whoever did this deserves to be in severe pain for the rest of his life. Have baseball bat, will travel.
WTF!!!!! who in god’s name would do such a horrible thing 2 a wee baby dog???? this is SO beyond me. whenever i let my dogs out into the yard i check them every 5 minutes 2 make sure they’re safe. anybody hurt any of my dogs n they’d wish they’d never been born!!!!! i NEVER leave my dogs in the yard when i’m gonna b away, even for a few minutes!! my friends say that i spoil them~i really don’t care. at least, they’re safe!!

AMEN little one you go and play for you are safe now at the rainbow bridge where no one will ever hurt you again. I’m sorry for what you went thru but there are humans out there that do care love and wouldn’t ever hurt you but only love and cuddle you … you will meet some them at the bridge for they are there too with thier pets that have crossed they will care for you and love you but you go and play now and be at peace little one….
poor little puppy girl, she didn’t ask for any of it but some people don’t have the guts to comfront their own problem so they discharge all their madness into an inocent creature that has just joined us on world, the … that did this didn’t have the right to take her life … but such as all the brainless people that make cruelty take place on the world he didn’t think or realize what a mistake he was commiting … yeah maybe some people think dogs shouldn’t have justice but they do && i’m sure you’ll find the ‘thing’ that did this… what goes around comes around !
I say they find this piece of S__T and decapitate him. If all this crime goes on in the neighborhood, then why aren’t the police doing something? What has happened to law enforcement to make them scarred of these creatures. I call them creatures because they don’t even deserve to be called humans. If they don’t decapitate this scum then at least lock him away so he never ever sees daylight again. I think we should all start a petition and get it to the White House to change the laws in this country. Maybe all countries will take notice. My heart goes out to this man and I hope he can keep the other puppies safe. Our new President seems intent on saving scum with his stimulus pkgs, well how about the animals. I’ll be the first to sign a petition for the White House to get stricter laws about all these gruesome crimes.

this is horrible. someone done this sick thing to something so young and innocent. That is out right murder and i believe in and eye for and eye. the person when caught should have his life taken. if that person can kill a dog how long before he kills humans? two year and a fine is nothing. if they would start killing those that take life maybe the crime would slow down some. they kill animals and throw them out becasue they know they only have to serve very little time. now that poor puppy has no time to live……..so sick and yes this world is falling apart. freedom we know now if folks don’t strat standing up our children in the next 20 40 years aren’t going to know true freedom. becasue this america is loosing it grounds and purpose. I don’t want soicalisam . i want to be free and love god the way this country was formed. not kill and get away with it,(weather human or animals)and I want to be able to worship god. not be afraid. and i want them to quit giving the illegals free medical, DL, and all that good stuff. what and insult to the one’s from years ago that came here and had to work hard to get thier citizenship. and this country is english lanunage. Not all the other. they need to speak english period of they are going to live here. it is nice if you want to learn other lanunages, and fine if they are here visiting as when we go to visit overseas we may not know thier lanunage. but if they are leaving other countries to come here to live then they need to get thier citizenship, speak our lanunage period and work for benfits like anyone else. not just things handed to them. anyway i hope they catch the sorry SOB that did this. they need to cut his head off to and let him rot…..
I have said that for many years jg. These foreigners need to come here and they should have 90 days to learn the language, get citizenship and pledge their allegiance to our flag and country otherwise go home and do not return. I am in the process of writing a book and that is one of the topics. We are the United States of America and we shouldn’t have to bow down to kiss anyones behind. I don’t care who they are either. And you are right, killing animals is the first step to killing others. We should have more of the death penalty for animals and humans, maybe they will actually wake up and realize that it isn’t just a slap on the wrist. After I finish my book I may need body guards. lol
