Andrea Rosebrock 
A dog breeder in Otter Tail County, Kathy Bauck, was charged with animal abuse and torture. Her attorney argued video obtained by the I-TEAM and shot by an undercover investigator should be suppressed at her criminal trial.
Oh, I’m quite sure they do want the video suppressed, there’s no way for her to get off if it’s admitted as evidence because it shows her doing exactly what she’s being accused of; abuse and torture.
This ‘organization’ needs to be shut down in the worst way and she needs to be put in a tiny cage and just let there, among other things that I won’t even go into.

Her attorney is showing himself up in stellar fashion. I wonder what his kids think of him.
He might get the footage suppressed in court, that’s definitely on the cards the way “justice” works in this world but they’ll never get it off the internet where those of us who’ve seen it continue to spread it around every chance we get.
the poor newslady couldn’t continue her report. i hope she is effected enough to joing the fight against this monster.
@Karen Batchelor – Well, she had to get a lawyer as slimy as she is. I don’t know how any Judge could throw that out but worse things have happened. CAPS has done some excellent work and this is just one more case where they ‘got the goods’ on some real trash. I hope this stands and a jury can actually see the reality!
@bernice – You noticed that too? How anyone with a heart can even look at that without being affected…
This woman is pure evil. What she doesn’t want herself exposed in a video? Too bad! And her daughter is just as bad as her for going along with this. I think an eye for an eye – and Kathy and her demented daughter should endure the same suffering as they put these poor dogs thru. And why the goverment is stepping in and just taking these dogs out of these awful conditions is ridiculous, I’m sorry there is no need for this to continue red tape or no red tape.
A nation’s greatness can be judged by they way it treats their animals.
So what does this say about our nation!!!!

i see that fat ass isnt hurting for food as those poor dogs are…and if a judge lets this go…he is just as bad as she is..this woman needs to be put down!
Half of the charges were dismissed this past january.

Thanks for the update Andrea. I did see the article about the charges being dropped and was just so disgusted that I didn’t even post about it. I honestly expect little to no justice in this case. This waste of human life has been abusing dogs for years and nothing has ever been done to force any changes or shut her down. There are no laws in place to take care of her so she will continue. We can only hope that one day this will change.

I just signed up for the paper so I could post a comment. This is disgusting. That Judge took and oath and he is not living up to it. Because of him more animals will suffer under this POS. Perhaps it is time for this Judge to step down. This madness has to stop and stop now. What is wrong with our laws?
She needs to be shut down for good and to never be able to come in contact with another animal.
