Canine Flu is suspected in the deaths of six dogs at the Pennsylvania SPCA’s Philadelphia facilities.

Boy..Phily sure has a lot of animal shelter problems…..how come? I hope I don’t hear about more deaths out of this facility.
What is it with Philly? Is it a matter of cleanliness? I have not heard of any other facility (and I know quite a few) that has had a problem such as this.
How unfortunate for all the dogs. It really is sad that they are in a shelter facility, and this has to happen.
