@marcy becker – He’s a college student, what do you expect? They don’t always seem too bright at that age.
People leave their dogs alone in their yards all the time. He let the dog out, to do its business I would guess, then when he called him, he was gone.
The only thing that sounds screwy to me is the cop and cousin not knowing where the dog is now….

DIESELS OWNER DIDN’T SEEM TO SWIFT TO ME! Why would you leave the dog in the yard alone?

@JANET MITCHELL – It sounded pretty suspicious to me as well. The fact that the officer said that he had been around the neighborhood and spoken with neighbors and looked for the dog but no one in the neighborhood knew anything about it… yes, quite suspicious. Someone needs to look into this quite a bit more.
Aside from the fact that Diesel is a cherished pet, he is also worth quite a bit of money…. just something to think about.
I hope Josh gets his dog back. I know I would be devastated to lose one of my babies!

SOUNDS MIGHTY SUSPICIOUS TO ME THAT NOBODY IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD EVER HEARD OF THE OFFICER OR DIESEL. SO I SAY THE COUSIN OR SOMEONE THEY KNOW HAS THE DOG. IF THEY HAVE A HEART & CONCIOUS THEY WILL GIVE DIESEL BACK AS HOW WOULD THEY LIKE IT IF SOMEONE KEPT SOMETHING THEY CHERICHED.
