He should not have been allow to get the dog back. I don’t care what his excuse is!!!
Didn’t know what was going on because of a language barrier. LEARN ENGLISH!!!
He’s obviously been here long enough and should know the language by now.
It also donsn’t jive with what has been printed. You don’t have to know english to
see that you’ve dragged your dog behind your care. If he is this careless I feel
sorry for his kids and wife. SORRY I left my kid in a 100 degree car and have to take him to
the hospital and don’t understand why I’m in trouble because I don’t speak english.
See how dumb that sounds. I certainly would do business with anyone who would
hire him. I hope the neighbors he’s managed to convince he meant no harm still keep and eye on this poor
doggy!!!

I am outraged at the decision to give Bugsy back to Morales. A person like this has no business with having any kind of living animal. He has more than proven that he does not have the ability to properly care for any animal. Accident? Maybe.. or maybe NOT. WHY was Bugsy tied to the car anyhow? I don’t know any normal person that would do a thing like that. Either way, Bugsy should be adopted into a loving caring home with people that will look out for his welfare… not FORGET that he is tied to the bumper of a car! I feel terrible about the decision to return Bugsy to Morales… that is NOT justice!

This is absolutely hideous. Why on earth would any judge in their RIGHT MIND give this poor dog back to this insane man? WHY I ASK. WHY? A language barrier? I don’t think so. What is this world coming to? That precious angel deserves to be with a family or person that will give him the proper care, nurturing and love. That guy named Morales obviously can not provide any of these for Bugsby. What goes around, comes around. May the guy named Morales get his one day. Poor Bugsby. I hope he is ok. I really do.

I find it hard to believe that this poor pup is being returned! I’m sickened and outraged! he showed very poor judgement, and should not be allowed to get this dog back! A dog DOES NOT belong on a job site! He should have been at home in the safety of his own doggy bed. Poor little guy. I feel very sorry for him. the pup should have been given a good, and proper home.
