Animal Cruelty charges were dropped this morning in Pulaski District Ct.!!!! Commonwealth’s Atty is still “deciding” whether to pursue felony Animal Torture charges. Unbelievable! Here’s the commonwealth atty. info:

I truly wish this scumbag’s attorney hadn’t stopped him from talking to the media that day. I would love to have heard what he had to say, especially after seeing his sick smirk. It might have driven the nails farther into his legal coffin, which is why he was stopped. But he’s such an arrogant POS, I’m sure he wanted to BRAG about what he did.

It does show that our collective voices DO get heard and DO make a difference! It’s things like this that give me the glimmer of hope I need to keep fighting the battles every day for the precious animals.

Fantastic news !!! And I hope this goes all the way and we get the outcome we are hoping for….And yes, thanks to D’s marvelous site, we get this news all over the world, and can work together to make a difference. These horror stories happen in all our countries, but very few are ever reported nationally, so if we don’t know,we can’t help. So it gladdens my heart for us all to be able to do our bit to help the poor souls reported on this site.

Kudos to everyone that plays their part in helping the dogs firsthand, or helping to get justice for the ones that it was too late to save.You are all Angels in my eyes…..

Moego1: I appreciate your sentiment greatly however I feel compelled to point out that not everyone who is involved in this issue, who signed the petition and who have been writing letters and campaigning for this action is from the United States. Animal cruelty is a global problem and it will require the global community to come together and unite against animal cruelty to banish it once and for all. ?

What great news. Bowser deserves at least that. This moron will pay his dues and then I hope he is monitored to the max from ever have another animal again. If he does, then he should be put away for life. I will be watching for more updates on this horrific crime. It is great to see people come together. We need to do more of this. We are the UNITED STATES and that means we all have to be United and come together. I am so proud of everyone that signed that petition. RIP Bowser, we are your voice and you will always be in our hearts.
