Woman Arrested for Internet Dog – Puppy Scamming

Kinda funny to come across someone actually getting their comeuppance after I just posted about this last week – Internet Scams Target Dog & Puppy Lovers and Breeders .

Queens DA says dog lovers duped by bulldog puppy scam – NEW YORK – A Manhattan woman cheated dog lovers out of hundreds of dollars by persuading them to adopt English bulldog puppies that probably didn’t exist, authorities said Tuesday.

Goris was accused of duping the victims with Internet ads promising to deliver the pups to dog lovers if they paid shipping costs. Four people wired her between $300 and $400 each to a Western Union office in Queens, but never received anything, authorities said. • You know, in my opinion that is just as bad as those kooks that sell a baby to half a dozen couples knowing full well there is NO baby at all.

Love your site. Was by here earlier today but my vision from my eye surgery was still a bit too blurred to post!
