As for antifreeze being poured on grass, it will kill it so it should be noticeable that something toxic was in the area. And if you do suspect that your neighbor is trying to poison your dog, contact the police or animal control and make a report. They may be willing to look into it further and help you as well. I am concerned that a neighbor has applied a liquid substance down our mutual fence line. I am thinking anti-freeze. I have taken my dog to the /Vet and they cant do a tox test so they did a kidney and liver function test. I plan on getting the soil tested-all of this is very expensive. Can you tell me the symptoms of a toxic substance being poured on grass-it would be diluted by weather and snow--so it is not full strength. Thank you. I love your news articles--I read it every day.
